Transcription factors activating transcription at SigL-dependent promoters
These transcription activators control transcription at SigL-dependent promoters. RNA polymerase containing SigL is inactive unless productive interaction with an activator protein occurs. Therefore, SigL-dependent genes are among the most strongly regulated genes in B. subtilis.
